Who we are
We're Kerry and Antonia, co-founders of Gemelli, a travel agency for all kinds of voyagers.
We met five years ago working at a leading travel company, and with over 10 years of combined experience in the industry, we couldn't be more excited to bring our knowledge and expertise to you. We both started out in the villa industry, and we still love a hidden gem as much as a grand hotel.
While we know nothing about astrology, we are both Geminis and there's no denying it. We have twin traits: passionate yet professional, hard-working yet we enjoy life, creative yet considerate.
The name brings together our love for the Mediterranean and our key characteristics. Gemelli aims to make travel accessible, seamless and bespoke. Whatever you have in mind, we'll bring it to life.

How we look after your details

Who we are
Gemelli Travel Ltd (company number 16880304) is responsible for the personal information you share with us. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email us at info@gemellitravel.com.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email address and the trip details you share in our enquiry form or by email, such as destinations, dates, who's travelling and budget.
- Bookings: the details our suppliers need to confirm your arrangements. These can include the names of everyone travelling, dates of birth, passport details, phone numbers, and preferences such as room types.
- Special requirements: if you tell us about dietary, medical or accessibility needs so we can pass them on, we only use them for that purpose and with your agreement.
- Guide purchases: your name and email address, so we can send you your guide. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and plan your trip. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To make and manage your bookings, and to support you while you travel. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To send you a guide you've bought.
- To keep business and financial records. This is required by law.
We don't sell your information, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Who we share it with
We only share what's needed to arrange your travel or run our business. This includes:
- Hotels, villas, restaurants, tour operators and other travel suppliers.
- Our booking partners, including Little Emperors and Virtuoso.
- Service providers who help us run Gemelli: Stripe (payments), Netlify (website and enquiry form) and our email provider.
Some suppliers are based outside the UK, because that's where your trip is. When we send your details abroad, it's to fulfil your booking, and we use providers with appropriate safeguards where they're needed.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to two years so we can pick up where we left off. We keep booking and financial records for six years, as required for tax and accounting.
Cookies
Our website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Email info@gemellitravel.com and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
